Electro-galvanization represents a procedure with multiple technical application possibilities that can also be used for repairs or refinement of surfaces. This procedure allows the application of metal in controllable thickness and exceptional quality. The electrochemical coating of metal allows the localised application on surfaces and the repair of affected areas.
The main areas of use are:

  • ✦ Repair of damages occurred on the surface of printing cylinders, hydraulic cylinders and axles, e.g., scratches, dents, corrosion damage, etc.;
  • ✦ Coating with metal as anti-corrosive protection;
  • ✦ Partial coating on hard-to-reach components.
